All authors with accepted papers must complete their full registration by this date to ensure their paper is included in the proceedings.

Important Notes
- Full paper registration deadline: October 13, 2025 - All authors with accepted papers must complete their full registration by this date
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea included with all registrations for days attending
- All food will be halal. Options available for: vegetarian, gluten free
- Early registrations must be received by 31 October 2025
- All papers must have one full non-student registration or full+DAIR non-student registration
- Additional banquet tickets can only be purchased along with another registration type
- Workshop registration includes tutorials and PhD forum
Registration Notes
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be currently enrolled in part or full time.
The registration confirmation and tax invoice will be automatically emailed to the delegate upon successful registration. If you have any issues getting the tax invoice, please contact the registration team for assistance.
Visa Information
For the invitation letter requests, please contact the registration team (Heming Du, Jackie Rong). The specific requirements for the visa will vary depending on the delegate's home country.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the registration team (Heming Du, Jackie Rong). If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
- Cancellations received on or before 16 November 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations received on or after 16 November 2025 are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable
- Refunds cannot be made on credit card merchant fees charged at the time of the booking
